All our designs are made to order and customisable in dimension, timber and finish. Please get in touch here to discuss your specific needs. We also offer bespoke design services that are a more collaborative approach resulting in a more tailored and personal outcome it fit your specific needs.
Bespoke commissions
When ordering bespoke furniture, we understand how challenging it can be to find pieces that perfectly match your vision. That’s why we personally take the time to understand your unique needs and preferences, ensuring that we bring your ideas to life exactly as you imagined. Our goal is to create a custom piece that seamlessly fits your space and reflects your personal style, making the process as smooth and satisfying as possible.
The general steps taken in order to provide you with a custom piece are as follows:
Step One - Get in touch!
Please email through your enquiry here, or feel free to give Dom a call and discuss your requirements. At this stage we will provide a ball park estimate based on the information provided.
Step Two - Design
Once all the necessary information is collected, we will develop three designs that fulfil your requirements. You will receive detailed sketches or 3D renderings to help you visualise the final product. To commence the design process we require a small fee, all good things take time and designing is the most important part of the process in bespoke furniture.
If necessary, Dom may send you an in depth questionnaire which will help in providing you with an accurate design and quote. You can also book in an appointment to visit the studio to view timber samples and discuss your project in person.
Step Three - Making
After your design is approved, we will start transforming your vision into reality. Throughout this stage, we will keep you informed about the progress and the estimated completion date.
We require a 50% deposit to order materials and schedule the making of your furniture.
Our current lead time is 12-16 weeks We are a small workshop, producing labour intensive, handcrafted furniture. Good things take time and we hope that our work is worth the wait.
Step Four - Delivery
When work is nearing completion, we will contact you to schedule a delivery date. Prior to delivery, the remaining 50% will be due.
All our prices include free delivery for all orders that are located within 30 miles of our studio based in Glasgow.
We also have a network of trusted couriers who can deliver worldwide. Shipping large items such as furniture can be expensive so please get in touch for a quote before placing an order that requires overseas delivery.
